Holy Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large chicken
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
    1 pt. sour cream
    1 1/2 tbsp. lemon juice
    Ritz crackers
    poppy seed
    2 celery ribs
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Salt chicken and cook until tender.
    2 ribs of celery cooked with chicken.
    Cut chicken into chunks, place chicken in bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2 casserole.
    Mix cream of chicken soup, sour cream, and lemon juice.
    Pour over chicken.
    Top with 1 large pkg. Ritz crackers (about 36) crushed fine.
    Mix with 1 stick melted butter.
    Sprinkle top heavily with poppy seed. Bake at 350\u00b0 until brown and hot throughout.
