Ingredients

1 egg white
1 Tbsp. water
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. allspice
4 c. pecans or walnuts
Preparation

Mix egg white and water. Stir. Do not beat. Set aside. Mix all dry ingredients in a separate dish. Coat pecans in egg white mixture, then coat pecans in dry mixture. Bake 20 minutes at 250\u00b0 on nonstick cookie sheet.
