Texas Sheet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    2 sticks oleo
    4 Tbsp. cocoa
    1 c. water
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In a large bowl, mix the flour, sugar and salt; set aside. In medium saucepan, boil the oleo, cocoa and water for 1 minute. In a small bowl, mix well the eggs, buttermilk, vinegar, baking soda and vanilla.
    Add moist mixture to dry ingredients in large bowl; mix well, then pour into a greased 10 1/2 x 15 1/2-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake in a 375\u00b0 oven for 20 minutes.
    Frost cake while hot.
