Macaroni And Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. Italian sausage
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    1 can (29 oz.) tomato puree
    1 tsp. basil
    1 tsp. salt
    4 c. cooked elbow macaroni
    12 oz. sliced Mozzarella or Swiss cheese, cut in strips
Preparation
    Remove casing from sausage and brown in skillet.
    Add celery and cook lightly.
    Drain fat.
    Add puree, basil and salt.
    Simmer 5 to 10 minutes.
