Ruth'S Chicken And Rice "Tostada" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    tortilla chips
    1 chicken
    1 c. rice
    lettuce
    salsa
    Monterey Jack cheese
    1 small can chopped olives
    Ranch dressing
    4 cloves garlic
    1 onion (medium)
    pepper
Preparation
    Boil chicken until tender.
    Cut chicken into chunks.
    In large pot, bring 3 cups water to boil; add chopped chicken, 1 cup uncooked rice, 1 onion (chopped), 4 cloves garlic (crushed) and pepper, if desired.
    Cook (simmer) until rice is tender.
