Chocolate Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. all-purpose flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. salt
    1 c. oil, plus 1 Tbsp.
    4 eggs
    3 c. grated carrots
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Sift together in a bowl the flour, sugar, soda and salt.
    Beat in cooking oil and eggs, one at a time. Stir in carrots and cinnamon. Bake at 350\u00b0 in 3 (8-inch) pans or 2 (9-inch) pans for 25 to 30 minutes. Frost with Cream Cheese Icing.
