Swiss Vegetable Medley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (16 oz.) bag frozen broccoli, carrots and cauliflower combo, thawed and drained well
    1 (10 1/4 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. sour cream
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (4 oz.) jar chopped pimiento, drained
    1 can Durkee French fried onions
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine vegetables, soup, half of the Swiss cheese, sour cream, pepper, pimiento and half can of the onions.
    Pour into a 9 x 13-inch casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0, covered, for 30 minutes.
    Top with remaining Swiss cheese and onions; bake uncovered for 5 minutes longer, until cheese is melted.
