Cookie Sandwiches - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 sticks (3/4 c.) softened butter
    1/4 c. powdered sugar
    2 tsp. cold water
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/8 tsp. salt
    1 c. finely chopped pecans
    1 c. powdered sugar
Preparation
    Heat oven to 275\u00b0.
    Beat butter and 1/4 cup powdered sugar until light and creamy.
    Mix in water and vanilla.
    Add flour slowly, beating well after each addition.
    Mix in salt.
    Stir in pecans.
    Form 1-inch balls using your hands.
    Bake on greased cookie sheet about 40 minutes.
    When done, roll in powdered sugar and coat.
