Sourdough Pancakes For 4 To 5 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. Starter
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 c. evaporated milk (undiluted)
    1 1/4 c. warm water
    2 large eggs
    3 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Combine water, milk, Starter and flour.
    Blend together and take out new Starter.
    Let stand at room temperature overnight. Next morning, add eggs, sugar, salt, soda and oil.
    Mix well.
    Cook on griddle at moderate heat (375\u00b0).
