Pork Chop Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. raw rice
2 cans beef consomme
6 to 8 pork chops, seasoned and browned
sliced onions
sliced tomatoes (fresh, if you have them)
bell pepper, sliced in rings
Preparation

Spread raw rice, sprinkled with salt, in 9 x 12 x 14-inch baking dish.
Place browned pork chops over rice.
On each pork chop, place slice of onion, slice of tomato and ring of bell pepper.
Pour 2 cans of consomme over this.
Seal well with tinfoil.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
