Chicken Or Turkey Crunch Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. diced, cooked chicken or turkey
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
3/4 c. diced celery
1/2 c. slivered blanched almonds
1 Tbsp. chopped onion
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. mayonnaise
chow mein noodles
Preparation

Mix together chicken, eggs, mushrooms, celery, almonds and onion.
Stir soup into mayonnaise; toss with chicken mixture.
Turn into 2-quart casserole.
Sprinkle with noodles.
Bake 30 minutes or until mixture is bubbling at 350\u00b0.
Serves 6.
