Bran Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 c. Raisin Bran flakes (15 oz. box)
    1 c. vegetable oil
    4 eggs, beaten or Egg Beaters or Second Nature
    5 c. plain flour
    5 tsp. baking soda
    2 tsp. salt
    2 1/2 to 3 c. sugar
    1 qt. buttermilk
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Add remaining ingredients; mix well. Spray muffin pans with vegetable shortening.
    Fill muffin cups 2/3 full.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Batter can be kept in the refrigerator up to 6 weeks and cooked as needed.
