Shrimp Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. large shrimp, peeled, deveined and cooked
    1 can condensed cream soup, undiluted (chicken, mushroom, celery, etc., your choice)
    1/3 c. applesauce
    1/3 c. chopped onion
    3/4 tsp. curry powder
    salt to taste
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. white wine
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients except shrimp in a saucepan.
    Simmer 5 minutes. Add cooked shrimp.
    Simmer just until heated.
    Serve over cooked rice.
    Makes about 3 servings.
