Lemon Nut Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. oleo
2 1/4 c. sugar
6 eggs (one at a time)
2 oz. bottle pure lemon juice
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. chopped pecans
8 oz. candied cherries
4 oz. candied pineapple
Preparation

Chop candied cherries and pineapple fine and mix with part of flour. Mix well and bake in 2 greased loaf pans (4 1/2 x 9-inch) at 275\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until turns loose from pan.
