Green Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. brown rice, cooked
1 pkg. frozen, chopped spinach or broccoli, cooked
2 eggs, well beaten
1/2 c. oil
1 onion, chopped fine
1 c. milk
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
garlic and onion salt to taste
Preparation

Combine all ingredients; blend thoroughly. Bake in greased baking dish at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 60 minutes.
