Chicken Kelly - cooking recipe
Ingredients

9 breasts, skinned
6 eggs
3 c. Italian bread crumbs
6 or 8 chicken bouillon cubes
3 Tbsp. margarine
2 cans mushrooms
1 chunk Muenster cheese
3 c. water
Preparation

Marinate chicken in beaten eggs for 2 hours.
Put seasoned crumbs in bag and shake chicken pieces until coated.
Brown in oil and drain on paper towels.
Use covered casserole dish.
Layer of chicken, layer of grated cheese.
Pour bouillon over.
Put margarine in pieces on top and bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
