Oatmeal Blueberry Muffins - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. quick-cooking oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1 Tbsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. milk
    1 egg
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 c. blueberries, rinsed and drained
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0. Combine oats, flour, sugar, baking powder and salt. Mix in milk, egg and oil, stirring gently until just moist. Fold in blueberries. Fill greased muffin tins 2/3 full with batter. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. Makes 1 dozen.
