Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    3/4 lb. ground lean pork
    3 medium onions, chopped
    2 cloves minced garlic
    2 lb. canned tomatoes
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/4 c. parsley flakes
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. basil leaves
    6 c. (4 to 12 oz.) cottage cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 Tbsp. salt
    2 tsp. oregano flakes
    2 (8 oz.) cooked lasagna noodles
    1 1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Brown ground beef, pork, onions and garlic.
    Then add tomatoes, tomato sauce, parsley flakes, sugar, salt and basil leaves.
    Simmer 1 hour.
