Chicken And Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small onion
    2 Tbsp. green pepper
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. uncooked rice (not instant)
    1 can chicken broth
    1 c. water
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    6 chicken breasts or 1 whole chicken
    1 can celery soup
Preparation
    Saute onion and pepper in butter.
    Put in 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
    Add rice, chicken broth, water and onion soup. Place chicken pieces on rice, skin side up.
    Top chicken with undiluted celery soup.
    Bake 2 hours at 350\u00b0.
