Squash Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small zucchini squash
    1 yellow onion
    1 small green pepper
    salt
    pepper
    garlic salt
    4 or 5 eggs
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Fry zucchini, onion and green pepper.
    While frying, add salt, pepper and garlic salt to first 3 ingredients.
    When vegetables are tender, add 4 or 5 eggs (add salt to eggs also) and mix well. Put in greased casserole dish and bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes. Add grated cheese and return to oven until cheese is melted (about 5 or 10 minutes).
