Chicken Kieve - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts, deboned
    2 pkg. cream of chicken soup
    1 c. water (for soup)
    2 Tbsp. green onion
    1 beaten egg
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    flour
Preparation
    Mix egg, cheese and onion.
    Dip breasts in egg mixture, then flour.
    Fry in 1/4 cup margarine for 3 to 4 minutes each side. Cook 1 1/2 cups cooked rice.
    Place chicken over rice and cover with chicken soup (gravy).
