Italian Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 egg, beaten
    1/2 c. bread crumbs (dry)
    1/2 c. minced onion
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Preheat
    oven
    to
    350\u00b0.
    Combine
    egg,
    bread\tcrumbs, onion, 1 can tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper.
    Mix well and
    add meat.
    Mix well and shape into a flat rectangle about 10
    to
    12 inches
    on\twaxed paper.
    Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly
    over the meat.
    Roll like a jelly roll.\tPress ends to seal.
    Place
    on rack in a shallow baking dish.
    Bake 1 hour. Drain
    off excess fat.
    Pour on remaining can of tomato sauce. Bake an additional 15 minutes.
