Ripe Tomato Ketchup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 gallon ripe peeled tomatoes
    1 quart vinegar
    1/4 cup salt
    3 medium onions, chopped
    3 tablespoons pickling spices (in a cloth bag)
Preparation
    Mix all of the ingredients together. Cook down low and seal in hot jars. This is the ketchup we eat with dried beans.
