Ingredients

1/2 c. rice (regular)
1 qt. milk
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 c. sugar (white or brown)
1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in greased baking dish.
Bake in 275\u00b0 oven for 3 hours.
During the first hour, stir frequently.
During last half hour add 1/2 cup raisins.
