Mam Maw'S Sweet Potato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. baked sweet potatoes, mashed
1 stick butter, melted
1 small can evaporated milk
3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
pinch of nutmeg

Preparation

Mix everything except milk and eggs. Mix milk and eggs together. Add to other mixture. Bake in 2 unbaked pie crusts. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes and at 350\u00b0 for 50 minutes.
