Russian Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 oz. lemon jello
    1 1/2 c. boiling water
    8 oz. cream cheese, chopped
    2 c. miniature marshmallows
    1 can evaporated milk (small)
    1 large can crushed pineapple, drained
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1 1/2 c. sliced bananas
    2 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    In a large stainless cooking pot, combine jello and water. Stir until dissolved.
    Add cream cheese and marshmallows.
    Put on low heat until blended.
    (Use hand mixer to beat while heating.) Take off heat.
    Add milk, pineapple and mayonnaise.
    Mix well.
    Add lemon juice, bananas and nuts.
    Pour into mold.
    Chill for several hours.
