Easy Popover Pancake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
Preparation
    Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Heat margarine in shallow 1-quart round casserole dish in oven until melted.
    Place remaining ingredients in blender in order given.
    Cover and blend on high speed 15 seconds.
    Scrape sides.
    Stir to moisten any remaining flour or beat with hand mixer until smooth.
    Pour into casserole dish. Bake until center is puffed and edge is golden brown, 20 to 25 minutes.
    Serve with fresh fruit and sweetened whipped cream or yogurt, if desired.
