Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch or 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    2 eggs, beaten
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 c. grated cheese
    Town House crackers, crumbled
    butter or margarine
Preparation
    Wash and chop broccoli.
    Cook about 5 minutes in small amount of water.
    If using frozen broccoli, cook according to package directions for 5 minutes; drain.
    Combine beaten eggs, soup, cheese, mayonnaise and onions.
    Fold into broccoli and pour into greased casserole.
    Cover with cracker crumbs and dot with butter. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Serves 8.
