Lemon Cream Cheese Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pkg. yellow pudding receipt cake mix
1 small or medium egg (not large)
1/3 c. soft butter
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice (fresh)
grated rind of 1 lemon
Preparation

Mix cake mix, egg and butter until crumbly. Press into lightly buttered 9 x 13 pan, reserving 1 cup of mix. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes. Cool. Beat cream cheese, sugar, lemon juice and
rind until smooth. Spread over cake. Sprinkle with reserved crumb mix. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes. Cool. Makes 32 servings.
