Creamy Chicken Rice Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. chicken stock or broth
    1/4 c. uncooked white rice
    1 c. heavy cream
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
    1/4 tsp. nutmeg
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Bring broth to a simmer over low heat.
    Add rice and cream. Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg.
    Cover; cook for 20 minutes, until rice is tender.
    Serve hot with parsley sprinkled on top. Serves 4.
