Oven-Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 lb. fryer chicken
    1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Cut chicken into pieces.
    Mix flour, salt, paprika and pepper.
    Coat chicken with flour mixture.
    Heat 1/4 c. margarine/butter and 1/4 c. shortening in oblong pan, 13 X 9, in 425\u00b0 oven until melted. Place coated chicken in pan.
    Cook uncovered 30 minutes.
    Turn chicken; cook uncovered about 30 minutes longer.
