Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. cornmeal
1/2 c. flour
4 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 egg, beaten
1/4 c. oil
Preparation

Mix dry ingredients and wet ingredients separately.
Pour the liquid mixture into the cornmeal mixture.
Stir only enough to combine.
Fill greased baking pan half full.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
