Busy Season Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 cubed steaks
    6 Irish potatoes
    1 large onion
    salt and pepper
    2 cans Campbell's cream of mushroom or golden mushroom soup
    1 can green peas and carrots or green pepper and onions (optional)
Preparation
    Flour cubed steaks and salt and pepper them before frying. Place in large glass baking dish.
    Add a layer of potatoes, onion, salt and pepper (and optional ingredients now if desired).
    Mix soups (of your choice) with 1/2 cup milk.
    Pour over potatoes and onion.
    Bake 1 1/2 hours at 375\u00b0.
