Potato Burger Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. catsup
    1 beef bouillon cube
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 c. frozen hash brown potatoes
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms, drained
    8 oz. shredded cheese
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    In a large bowl, combine meat, bread crumbs, egg, catsup, beef bouillon and pepper.
    Press on bottom and side to rim of 9-inch pie plate.
    Combine potatoes, onion, mushrooms and 1/2 cup cheese.
    Spoon over meat.
    Cover, bake for 45 minutes.
    Pour off fat.
    Top with remaining 1 1/2 cups cheese. Bake 5 minutes longer or until melted.
    Serves 6.
