Mushroom Nut Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fresh mushrooms, sliced
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/3 c. slivered almonds, toasted
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/4 tsp. thyme leaves
    dash of Tabasco sauce
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Steam mushrooms, onions and garlic in 3 tablespoons water. Remove from heat, drain and reserve the liquid.
