Beets In Orange Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can sliced beets
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. orange marmalade
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. margarine
Preparation
    Drain beets, reserving 1/4 cup liquid.
    In saucepan, stir beet liquid with cornstarch to make smooth paste.
    Add marmalade, vinegar and salt.
    Cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
    Add margarine, then add beets and stir gently over low heat until evenly glazed and heated through.
    Serves 4.
