Sausage Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. bulk sausage (mild, can use hot)
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes (original or hot)
Preparation
    Cook sausage in pan, breaking it up with fork as it cooks. Drain. (This can be done ahead and frozen in a Ziploc bag. Then when you need it you can defrost and add other ingredients.)
