South-Of-The-Border Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans kernel corn, drained
    2 Tbsp. hot water
    2 tsp. butter, melted
    1/4 tsp. cilantro
    1/4 tsp. cumin
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. red pepper
Preparation
    Cook corn.
    Combine rest of ingredients. Stir well.
    Add to corn.
    Also good brushed on corn-on-the-cob.
