German Chocolate Upside-Down Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. shredded coconut
1 c. chopped pecans
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 box powdered sugar
Preparation

Mix together coconut and pecans.
Put in bottom of greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare cake mix using directions on box.
Pour over coconut and pecan mixture.
Place margarine and cream cheese in saucepan and heat until warm enough to stir in confectioners sugar.
Spoon on top of cake batter.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350\u00b0.
Do not cut until cold.
