Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. bread (small pieces)
    1 c. butter, melted
    1 can pineapple
    1 or 2 c. sugar (1 c. sugar preferred)
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 c. milk
    cinnamon (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients, except cinnamon, in large bowl; place in 8 x 11-inch glass casserole dish.
    Sprinkle cinnamon on top for crust (optional).
    Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
    Bake 50 minutes.
