Eat-Your-Heart-Out Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 (12 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips (2 c.)
    3/4 c. chunky peanut butter (creamy, if desired)
    1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cut a piece of foil big enough to fit inside and up over the edges of an 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish or pan.
    Place foil in the pan and press against bottom, sides and corners to fit the pan. Set aside.
    Stir in a large microwavable bowl powdered sugar, milk and salt.
    Add butter.
    Microwave, uncovered, at 100% power (700 watts) for 1 minute.
    Stir.
    Microwave at 100% power for 1 1/2 minutes.
    Stir.
    Microwave at 100% power for 1 1/2 minutes longer or until bubbling.
    Total cooking time is 4 minutes.
    Bowl will be hot!
    Use hot pads and place directly on a wooden board or heatproof surface.
    Quickly add chocolate chips, peanut butter and vanilla.
    Stir until melted and blended.
