Ginger Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can carrots, drained
    1/4 tsp. ginger
    6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
    1/2 stick margarine
    1/4 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. onion
    4 Tbsp. parsley
Preparation
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 minutes, covered.
