Wild Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) box long grain and wild rice, cooked
    2 chicken fryers, cooked and boned (2 1/2 lb. each)
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1 onion, minced
    2 c. mayonnaise
    1 jar pimento (optional)
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced
    2 cans French-style green beans
    paprika
    grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    seasoned croutons or herb stuffing
Preparation
    Tear chicken into pieces.
    Add cooked rice, soup, onion, mayonnaise, pimento, water chestnuts and green beans.
    Top with paprika, cheese and croutons.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
