Southern Pecan Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. dark corn syrup
1/2 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. broken pecans
Preparation

Mix together eggs, sugar, pecans, corn syrup, butter and vanilla.
Pour filling into prepared pie shell.
Arrange pecan halves around inside edge.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
Reduce heat to 325\u00b0; bake for 45 minutes or until center is firm.
Cool to room temperature.
