"Chicken And Rice Casserole" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 fryer, cut up
    1 1/2 c. Minute rice
    1 can mushroom soup (cream)
    1 can celery soup
    1 can chicken soup
    3/4 can water
    1/4 c. lemon juice (cut this in half)
    1 stick margarine
Preparation
    Put rice in bottom of baking dish.
    In saucepan, mix soups, lemon juice and butter.
    Heat until margarine melts.
    Pour 1/2 soup over rice.
    Place raw chicken on top of soup.
    Pour remaining soup over the chicken.
    Spread grated cheese (optional) over. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours or until chicken is done.
