Sour Cream Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

6 medium potatoes, peeled
1 c. cheese, grated
1/2 stick margarine
1 c. sour cream
1 small onion, diced
salt and pepper

Preparation

Boil the potatoes and let cool, then grate.
Grate the cheese into the potatoes.
Add margarine, sour cream, onion, salt and pepper.
Combine these ingredients and bake at 425\u00b0
for about 20 minutes.
