Pistachio Torte - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. flour
2 Tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 stick oleo, softened
8 oz. cream cheese
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
2 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
2 1/2 c. milk
Preparation

Mix together flour, sugar, chopped nuts and softened oleo. Pat onto 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes at 350\u00b0. Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar and Cool Whip together and pour on crust.
Mix pudding and milk.
Spread over cheese filling.
Top with Cool Whip and sprinkle with chopped nuts.
