Laura Osgood Bean'S Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. ground beef
    1/2 c. rice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 small onion
    1 c. tomato soup
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Combine the uncooked meat and uncooked rice with salt, pepper and chopped onion.
    Form into balls.
    Mix the undiluted soup and water in a pressure saucepan or other covered pan.
    Drop meatballs into the tomato soup.
    Cook 10 minutes with pressure at cook position or 45 minutes to 1 hour in covered pan in the oven at 350\u00b0.
