Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. Crisco
    1/4 c. sugar
    2 pkg. dry yeast, dissolved in 3 Tbsp. warm water
    2 c. buttermilk
Preparation
    Sift dry ingredients together and cut in shortening.
    Add dissolved yeast to buttermilk; add to flour and mix.
    Knead on floured board.
    Roll and cut.
    Dip in melted butter and bake 15 to 20 minutes at 425\u00b0.
