Italian Dinner Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. garlic salt
    1 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 c. milk
    1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 egg
    1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. butter, melted
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    In a large mixing bowl, combine 1 1/2 cups flour, yeast, sugar, salt and seasoning; mix well.
    In saucepan heat milk, water and butter until warm (120\u00b0 to 130\u00b0, butter does not need to melt); add to flour mixture.
    Add egg.
    Blend at low speed until moistened; beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
    By hand, gradually stir in 1/2 cup cheese and enough remaining flour to make a firm dough.
    Knead on well-floured surface until smooth and elastic, about 3 to 5 minutes.
    Place in a greased bowl, turning to grease top.
    Cover; let rise in warm oven (turn oven to lowest setting for 1 minute, turn off) for 15 minutes.
